This falls far short of polite criticism.

I am a happy three year X-Treme 600B owner. Their repair parts support has helped to make the period a happy one.

This is not criticism, and I'm sure not trying to be polite about the BS of X-Treme.

It's a long story, but here's a taste:

I sold X-Treme products for years. Then X-Treme decided to start shipping used or severely damaged items to my customers (one customer said his $5000 e-scooter looked like it got hit by a train). X-Treme started refusing to help my customers, several times closing trouble tickets without responding to them at all.

I gave them several notices and warnings to stop sending broken and used items to my customers when they were paying full price for new items. I emailed, called, opened my own trouble tickets... at least I was getting the same attitude and lack of customer service as my customers. I emailed Greg (the co-"owner" of the company (may not be his real name (may not even be 'male'))) several times begging him to do something about the problems, but he always pointed blame somewhere else.

So, I refused to sell any more of their scooters because I'm not about to ruin my company's reputation because of Greg's stupidity and crappy customer service. Then that's when my website host (in the UK) informed me that X-Treme's attorneys were trying to have not only my website, but every site on my host's servers removed for copyright infringement. Although I refused to sell any of X-Treme's crap, my website was still online and had pictures of their scooters. So instead of contacting me about it, Greg tried to take down my site without me knowing - thanks to my host warning me, I had removed it myself. Then I got hit with another copyright infringement complaint on YouTube because I had videos of their scooters on my YouTube page. These were removed by YouTube and my page was red flagged 3 times.

So if anyone thinks I'm not being polite when criticizing X-Treme Scooters, well that's just too bad. Greg can stuff his feelings someplace that will require additional lighting.

There used to be a lot of different sites with people complaining about X-Treme... but I'm sure Greg's attorneys did damage control to shut them down, too. X-Treme Scooters is crap and their cheep plastic Chinese made "toys" are junk. If you got a good one, then that's the one-in-a-thousand and you're lucky.
