New lower seat

Can someone giude me as to where to buy a new lower seat that I've read is offered. And if you've purchased this item, has it made a difference in your foot placement?

I sure wish someone would let me know if they had found a location to buy the new lower/thinner seat!! I'm going in for back surg., and I need to get my feet down flat, please help if you can, Thanks.stu
