Vectrix charge delay

Charge delay setting

Received my 2008 Vectrix VX-1 last week, with 397 km. Tried unsuccessfully to display or to set the pre-charge delay. Followed the additional instruction booklet supplied with the Vectrix, (Reference NBTB0814, Rev. 1, 30Oct08). The batteries are depleted at this time, I wish to find out the delay setting and modify it to my needs if necessary.

If your batteries are not HOT, there is no need for charge delay. Charge them! Do NOT allow them to fully discharge, as charging with the onboard charger will become impossible to do! (battery must be at, or above, 85 volts to activate the charger. Normally, the battery will be above 105 volts after usage, and voltages below this indicate a problem/neglect.)--Bob
