vectrix range has anybody actually achieved 68 miles per charge.?????

well i can't seem to find anybody who has actually done a range test on the vectrix ? is the official figures that vectrix say .i would be interested to hear from people what they have achieved .

1 . speed 25 mph total milage miles ??
2 . speed 30 mph total milage miles ??
3 . speed 35 mph total milage miles ??
4 . speed 40 mph total milage miles ??
5 .speed 45 mph total milage miles ??
6 . speed 50 mph total milage miles ??
7 . and what kinds of conditions where they i/e lots of regen lots of traffic or lots of hills.??
8 . and has many people had dead cells in these scooters
9 . has any body experienced like a cruching sound from gearbox and do they get quiter with moremilage as i have only done 550 miles ??
10 . is there an easy way to keep a check on all the cells so no any are not up to scratch is it possible to get hold of the software to have your own style taylor made to suit your kind of riding style cd ??
11 . when vectrix said that full charge on batteries is approx. 3 hours are we now led to believe that with the new software and all cells working correctly should we presume that it will always take to charge the scooter up approx. 6 hours all the time or is the no hard and fast rule to the charging time ?? or is it luck of the draw if battery is half full how long to charge ?? if battery 1/4 full how long to charge if battery 3/4 full how long to charge with new software installed ok as-well as old software ..??
12 . any experts that have a good idea how is the best way to look after these batteries ( nickel metel hydred ) and try to keep it simple hahaha lol.?????
