Recently i just bought a new sccoter. firstly i want to purchase a small size, but my brother didn't agree with me, say that it can't keep up with my body...

It's not electric!!!!!
OTOH, it IS cute, and it costs less than my XB600 did two years ago. I'm sure you'll have fun. Watch the maintenance, wear the helmet, follow traffic laws, and get a BIG chain. Those things are very "collectible."
