"The Razor Jr. Electric Scooter is just an electric version of Razor's very popular Kiddie Kick Scooter for preschoolers! Made especially for young riders, the Razor Jr. Scooter goes 1-2 mph to give little ones a chance to experience the fun of electric scooters. Made of a sturdy steel and plastic, it offers a stable platform that makes it both fun and safe.
• Travels at a safe 1-2 mph pace
• For riders up to 40 pounds
• 40-watt motor powers this electric scooter
• Gear reduction drive
• Steel and plastic construction
• 6-volt battery included"

Wow, do you think with a little forced air cooling the motor'd do 12v and 4mph? :-)

Do you think the frame could

Do you think the frame could withstand a double increase in speed? Plus, I don't know if I would trust that kid with 2 more mph. He's got a helmet on, but he has kind of a crazy look in his eye;-)

Double the speed

Ya think if you double the speed you might have to add some brakes to it. The Kid looks like he is ready for more speed.
