Mission Statement

Anybody care to write a short mission statement and a brief code-of-conduct here or elsewhere in the admin & advocacy forum (no porn/serious threats/long tirades of profanity/intellectually property protected posting beyond fair-use use/overt and non-related advertising outside of buy-sell-trade section sort of thing)? I'd be happy to write something for consideration as I write for a living anyway. I just didn't want to overstep my job description here or take the opportunity away from someone else.
