HAS anyone ever run a PMG 132 in reverse direction at full voltage?

I'm thinking of building a bike running 2 PMG 132's with the output shafts opposing each other. This means hat one will spin in the opposite direction to the other. I understand that these motors are timed, but has hanyone ever run theirs in the reverse direction and had any major problems ???

Yes, they have. The usual problem is that they burn up.

Perms in reverse have to be limited to 48 volts, and they should be re-timed for the reverse direction.
