I noticed an Aurenthetic listed on craigslist ...
What's an Aurenthetic? It was a moped designed specifically as an EV, and distributed in the U.S. in the 1970's. If you visit the craigslist listing you'll see a decent picture of the frame so you can get an idea of what it is.
The frame looks to be in good condition though some of the parts may be rusty (it's a small picture and hard to tell). There's a spot for a decent size battery pack. It's meant to be a 30 miles/hr vehicle.
I've seen a real Aurenthetic that's owned by a guy who lives near me. He has two batteries in his for a 24 volt pack.

And I see another listing for a dead scooter that might be an EVT 4000.
