You need to turn the paragraph marker on add the non breaking space command then turn the paragraph marker off like this - <P>&nbsp;</P>. Now just go to the next line and start a new paragraph.
There are 2 lines after this line.
 

This line is 2 lines down from the previous line.
Here is another example;

This is line 1.
 

This is line 4.
Lines 2 and 3 are skipped because of the code.

The above example looks like;

This is line 1.<P>&nbsp;</P><P>This is line 4.Lines 2 and 3 are skipped because of the code.</P>
