A couple weeks ago Green Vehicles held an open house at their soon-to-be-factory location in Salinas CA. It was largely a thankyou event talking about a partnership with local government etc. They also announced a partnership with Leyden Energy to work on EV battery pack technology together.

They've posted video of speakers at the reception - below. The most interesting one is the second of these videos, where Marc Juzkow of Leyden Energy gave a very interesting tour of the history of batteries for EV's.
