Rear Brake Rotor

I need to replace my rear brake rotor. Is is not running round. I already replaced the pads and that did not help. Does anyone know the make and size and possible where to get one? I know how to take it off.
Thanks

Re: Rear Brake Rotor

I had the same problem. I decided to take out the entire rear brake. The regen and the front brake is enough for me.
Taking out the disc is a very easy procedure. Send me a PM.

Interesting. My rear brake disc isn't flat either. Unfortunately I only discovered it a while ago, when my V was out of warranty. I simply never used rear brake, while driving, before :-)

Re: Rear Brake Rotor

Hey guys,

don't you have bumpy, steep driveways full of erosion channels and potholes, or first rains on dirty roads, 'roos, rabbits, deer or any other excuse to use your brakes (front and back) every now and then?

Sounds like your rear brakes might be warping due to cringing, because they cannot believe you still trust the MC sooo much that you never even practice braking with that one proven piece of technology on your ride....

This information may be used entirely at your own risk.

There is always a way if there is no other way!

Re: Rear Brake Rotor

Is the rotor really "out of round" or simply giving "Uneven Braking", possibly due to uneven RUST coating its surface? If RUST is the cause, a simple disc re-surfacing will remedy the situation, and future recurrances can be prevented by USING the brake more often!

Re: Rear Brake Rotor

My rear brake disc is as new - without any rust. When I pull the rear brake while driving, I can feel the brake lever pushing back unevenly.

Re: Rear Brake Rotor

Isn't there anyone out there who knows the size or part number of the Brembo Rotor? How about you previous Vectrix employees? please
