I own a E-Moto Classic scooter and am wondering if there is a forum for this. I am interested in increasing the performance of this scooter.

We generally make new forums when there's enough traffic on a specific vehicle (manufacturer) to warrant. In the meantime the forum you posted in is meant for the 30 mile an hour and above scooters. Please post away. Maybe it'll draw some E-Moto owners out of the woodwork, it's happened before. Or, there are some general principles which will apply from other vehicles onto the one you have.
