I have a 2007 VECTRIC model VX-1 color silver VIN #SZCAASRU6SAA00720 for sale with pink slip and fully registered, asking for $3000 obo (paid $9000 for it and was ship directly from Vectrix, not a dealer sample). Only one owner (myself). This Maxi-Scooter is all 100% electric. Has only 29589 miles on this bike. This is the only EV (electric vehicle) in scooter format legal to drive on the freeway by DOT (Dept of Transportation). Freeway is great to ride during peak traffic hours where most cars are only able to go between 20 - 40mph making it completely save and efficient for the scooter to be on the freeway during this period and when it clears up, your bike will be able to keep up with traffic up to 72mph.

This is a great bike for daily local commute within the distant of 10 to 18 miles each way. Actual range of scooter when fully charged is approximately 20 to 30 miles. Plug to recharge is located under the seat inside the cargo area. No special plugs needed, just any regular a/c plug you find will charge the bike. Scooter has always been kept inside garage for storage and charging. The bike runs perfectly and has no mechanical problem. New software update done last year by Vectrix which allows the bike to go up to 72MPH max. Right side body had scratches. I also have upgrade the bike with taller, wider and larger windshield for winter riding and this also helps with reducing wind noise. Also upgrade the seat to a lower seat allowing me to fully plant both my feet on the ground nice and flat properly reducing the weight of the bike, I am 5' 7" weighting 130lbs and the scooter weights about 500lbs. I also have a beautiful chrome handlebar for the passenger to hold on to which was custom made and it looks gorgeous like it belongs on the bike. I also have added a GIVI monolock box model E470 size 47 liters with silver case top to match the silver of the bike. The Givi box along cost $400 and this box is large enough allowing you to fit two small size helmets. I also have added a backrest cushion with Givi logo on them onto the back of the box so the passenger can have a proper back rest when going over bumps. This scooter has been used lovingly and has been very well taken care of. A great alternative to those the gas scooter.

Best of all, only cost $0.70 cents each time to fully charge up your bike compared to $4 per gallon of gas right now. Since this is an ZEV (Zero Emission Vehicle), you do not have to deal with getting a smog check because there's no need for an DMV certified ZEV. Insurance is only $500 a year for full coverage by AAA auto insurance. They are one of the few insurance company in california that actually have the Vectrix in their system to be fully insured. Since this is an EV, you will save so much money because you don't need regular mechanical up keep like a gas scooters. This bike does not need the following: oil change, sparks plug, 15K service, 60k miles service, 130k miles major service etc. Imagine how much money you will save with this scooter, I know I have.

what you pay for this scooter will pay for itself. This bike also have an official "ZEV" sticker from DMV which allows the bike to be parked at any electric vehicle parking area. Customized license plate reads ELCTR3K. Serious inquiries only please. Asking for $2500 obo. Email or call me at three two three, three five zero, zero eight zero eight.
