I just bought two Merida power cycles 500 series. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a new battery pack or new batteries. I talked to the bike shops here in Omaha and no one really knew anything about them and we took it to the battery shop here too and he was as about as usual as a rock and put the battery pack back together the wrong way.lol. Thats besides the point. But if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated thanks. I have found 2 links that I think would work
