VX2 on the dealer shelves

Picking up my center stand at the dealer I noticed that they have a VX1 for $7400 and a VX2 for $3x00. Very exciting. The Brammo right next to them selling for about the same price as the Vectrix. Didn't realize that the VX2 is lead acid, seems like a cute bike but I was looking for one for the RV, my VX1 it too big and heavy. The VX2 is pretty damn heavy with the lead. The salesman says the Brammo is over 400 lbs itself. Guess the Electric Bicycle continues to be the only thing I can take with me traveling.

Re: VX2 on the dealer shelves

Hello,

have you seen the ElMoto? http://elmoto.com/en/ This is a very light solution...

The pedelec "Raleigh Dover 40" may also be interesting... (40km/h / 25mph pedelec)

Re: VX2 on the dealer shelves

I had a test ride on the elmoto a while back. It's a great ride. Not very quick off the line but once it gets going it's pretty quick. It handles very well and is well built. The only flaw I found was that it was on "go" all the time, even on it's stand.

Once you go EV, Gas is history!
