Shunt for Cycle Analyst in vectrix

I want to isntall the cyckle analyst in my Vectrix.
http://www.ebikes.ca/drainbrain.shtml

maybe a silly question, but...
They offere offer a large 0.25 and 0.5 mOhm shunt resistor to use with the High Current Cycle Analyst devices for those who do not already have a suitable shunt in their system.
The question is: does vectrix have a shunt inside its system? Can I use it with the cycle analyst?
thanks!

Hi R,
the MC does sense the current via hall-sensors. So you´ll have to install one of the shunts mentioned.
