I hope you are able to sell it but shipping is probably expensive and the drive to San Francisco is hard for all that salt water will corrode something and charging it every so often to CA via Coulomb charging station in the specific ocean, well water and electricity don't exactly mix.
Maybe you can just get another set of batteries and squish um in there? Maybe even switch to Pb Gel Cells type? Anything to keep scooter going instead of the scrap iron pile like mine. I thought Lithium was 10 year life span.My DeWalt tools are almost swapped on over to Lithium as the NiMH ones die out I use expensive square Lithium packs and a new charger. I use a lithium for headlight, lights in my XM-3000 since DC-DC went and keep fizzling out.
