Goveck has 4 bikes, mainly a
light version of $4000 that goes 15-27MPH,
medium with Li Ion battery for $5000 goes 15-27MPH,
and a heavy one for $8000 that goes 60MPH.
and a carrier design.

They're quite expensive indeed.

Emco has a good 5 types of bikes, all kinds of styles.

If you ask me they're better than the Xtreme bikes.

It is Govecs, not Goveck, but they are rather on the expensive side, indeed. Their genes (just ike the former occupation of one their CEOs) stem from the Emax scooters, so they are technically similar. I think there are not that many around due to the pricing...
As for Emco, their scoots (rather thier riders) are only now starting to emerge in E-Scooter forums now, and from what I hear folks are mostly pleased with those.

QvR vR one: a Swiss package of pure understatement - innocent and to some eyes (from some angles) exceedingly ugly looks, but with raw and hardly containable electron power up to real 95 to 100km/h! And a literally rock-hard suspension due to a carrying capacity of twice it's unladen weight... Now converted to more controllable and efficient brushless motor and vector-contoller.

E-Sprit Fury (basis is the Erider Thunder 5000) since May 03, 2011. Highly moded - but now in active retirement

I think the thread title should be fixed from govecK to govecS...

Govecs are interesting: they do not have hub motors, and one of them have removable batteries now (S1.4).
EMCO are interesting because the NOVI is the only scooter (I think) with TWO wheels driver!
