I guess my battery is toast

I have a Trek Ride Plus 3200. My friend left my battery plugged in for a couple of months. The battery is now dead--or seems so. Is there any way to get it accepting a charge or is it toast. Does anyone know the price of a new or used battery for the Trek Ride Plus line?

Re: I guess my battery is toast

I did a brief google search and found no sellers that sell this bike or offer any info about the battery type, voltage, Ah or anything else. You should provide more info. Let us know the battery voltage, type (and brand) and capacity. If there's no direct replacement easily found, you should be able to find another suitable pack.

You should include more info about the battery:
brand
type
voltage
Ah

I couldn't find any of this info online with a quick search.

Actually I found one on E-bay for around $400. I am probably going to order it from the dealer who sold me the bike.
