Can't help with the actual part, but having looked at the spare parts list, I believe the Vectrix part number is either one of these:

I did some inquiries. Found 2 available in different color.
In worst case i could paint them. Have to find out the right color aerosol.
I also had transport damage (bike dropped off the truck!!) My bike is red but I replaced most of the damage on the black parts and windscreen.
I had a good experience with i.e.r.inc on EBay supplying me with parts. They have 3 non-working silver VX-1s.
