Table tags have been turned on

The HTML table tags have been enabled for your formatting pleasure. The compose tips has an almost adequate rundown of how to use them.

Re: Table tags have been turned on

Many Thanks.

The table below appears in my blog at: http://visforvoltage.org/blog/jdh2550_1/2076 - but is still not showing up as a table although it works here.

Should tables work in blogs as well as forum posts?

Thanks,
john H.

Motor - Tecumseh 90000A 180 This used to be available as a surplus item for $70. Another approach would be to use a cheaper 1 to 1.5HP DC brushed motor with a shaft speed of about 3000 RPM - it should be relatively easy to create a mounting plate
50A Circuit Breaker, 50A Switch & #6 Gauge Lugs 25 Peak draw for this 24V system will be about 45A - in general you won't find this stuff in your local hardware store. Look at boat supply places instead
#6 Gauge wire 5 You can get this at Home Depot or Lowes
Assorted hardware 10
U1 sized flooded lead acid batteries 40 I'm hoping these cheapie batteries will have enough juice - I only mow my lawn about a dozen times a year (lots of tree cover) so if I get 50 cycles I'll be more than happy
Battery Platform 0 made from leftover scraps - I'm going for function here, not form!
SUB TOTAL 260
Optional Accesories

Re: Table tags have been turned on

I took a look at your blog post and found a missing </tr> tag on one row. I fixed that and the table showed up, but it's still not the same as how you have it here. But it would be good of you to double-check the HTML. Eye-wink

Re: Table tags have been turned on

will do - the strange thing is I copy and pasted from there to here... But don't worry - as long as I know it should work over in blog land I will hack away until it works...

Gaze thy eyes downward to where it says 'Allowed HTML tags'. That's the allowed markup. It should work. The same set of tags should show up regardless of the node type you're editing or creating.
