Bionx BATT issues, help please

Hello
My bionx has just started crazzy talkin, after a normal run, i hooked the bat to charger, a few hours later green. but when i hooked to bike,
it only read 25%. i tryied to charge it again, but had to go so i went on 25%, later at about 5% (empty batt)i charged it, green, soon there after, then i put it back on the bike and only 45% charge, showed up.
so i took it back to the charger, and the light just kept blinking red. still at 45% charge,

anyone have any idea whats up with this and how i could fix it?
