Subscription content for comments

Subscription notifications for comments now include the text of the comment.

I had filed an issue - http://drupal.org/node/203539 - concerning the previous behavior, and the answer led me to the solution. The capability was there but not documented.

I'll be fine-tuning the subscriptions notification format over time.
