Tesla's other lawsuit is against Fisker Automotive. Tesla is alleging that Fisker has stolen design ideas from the Whitestar sedan that Tesla intends to sell. They say they hired Fisker to work with Tesla for design work on the sedan, and then Fisker reused those ideas on their own car.
