Dow (??) Fuel cell scooter

A very long time ago, maybe in the mid 70's, I remember seeing a TV comercial for some large company that was touting their cutting edge technology. The demo was a small fuel cell scooter. The guy who put it together drove it to and from work until it appeared in the commercial and became too high visibility to let out in normal use.
I am tryying to find inforamation on this old scooter. I think the company was Dow chemical, but I am not sure. My search parameters on the net do not turn up anything, or rather they turn up too much and I can not filter out what I do not want. Does anyone remember this or have a clue where to go look?

Re: Dow (??) Fuel cell scooter

Hey, maybe these were some of the same folks I've mentioned in my recent post about lead cobalt batteries. Take a look at my post and the website. Seems they've been experimenting with fuel cells and lead cobalt batteries for a long time.
