stopping updates to email

Suggestions & Problems

I thought I had the problem solved when I went to my account and made sure there were no "subscriptions" activated from the forum. However, I still get these "email updates" from the visforvoltage forum to my email. Can someone tell me exactly how to not get these messages?

Everytime you respond to a thread it reinitializes the subscription. I found I have to keep going back and clearing the subscriptions. NOTE to Monitors: is there a way
to disable subscriptions?
