Continued Problems with Phoenix Cruiser System from Electric Rider

I previously reported that my Phoenix Cruiser system mysteriously stopped working after performing fine for about a week. I recently returned the system to Electric Rider who claim to have fixed it but when I received it back from them the system still will not run. The lights on the throttle come on as usual but the cruise control light comes on and stays on, unlike my wife’s bike (which has the identical system) on which that light flashes a few times and then goes out. Does anyone have any idea as to what might be wrong?

Problem solved! It turns out that both my throttle and cruise control were bad, which made diagnosis difficult. I have since borrowed a throttle and order replacements and am back on the road. What a relief!
