Testing on the LiFePO4 battery's quality

After several years researching and manufacturing on the LiFePO4 battery,we are so prode that we can manufacture cylindrical cells and quadrate cells LiFePo4 battery,our engineers told us that the good quality LiFePO4 is base on the following items:

1.The voltage of the LiFePO4 battery:now the voltage of the LiFePO4 battery cell is 3.2V.Noted:If the battery cell only can reach the 3.2V untill they are full charged not mean the battery is good.The voltage of the good quality LiFePo4 battery can reach 3.4V or more when they are full charged. And they can reach 3.2V when they are only charged with 40-60% of their full capacity.

2.The resitence of the LiFePO4 battery.LiFePO4 battery have common one and superpower one.The discharge rate of the common one only can reach 1C-5C, and the discharge rate of the superpower one can reach 15C-25C.And the good quality LiFePO4 battery should have lower resitence.The lower the better.

3.Self-discharge rate.The lower self-discharge rate mean the better quality of the LiFePO4 battey cell.
