How do I lay my mits on a Crystalyte motor and controller in Australia??

I live in Tasmania and I require a 48V 1000W+ front wheel hub motor, and controller - Crystalyte preferably... Can anyone recommend a reasonable alternative otherwise??

where do I get one??

Do the controllers (or throttles) have reverse?? - building a trike where going backwards will come in handy...
