24volt 40amp vs. 36volt 30amp Controllers What has more power on 36volts?

Hello I am new to this forum. I have a couple of questions. I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

1.)If you run a 24volt 40amp controller on 36volts, the motor should have more power than a 36volt 30amp controller on 36volts. Right?

2.)And if you use two 40amp controllers on two motors it should be 80amps X 36volts= 2880 Watts? (the motors are rated for 36amps each)
