CelsiDot

Those of you Vectrix owners out there who've poked around in your battery packs--have your CelsiDots changed color, indicating that the maximum temperature has been exceeded? All mine are as black as midnight...

Can you post pictures of your CelsiDots?

This is a photo off Spirig's website. I can't remember the max temperature on the Vectrix's CelsiDots--50 C?

Re: CelsiDot

None of the Celsidots in the Vectux battery showed blackening.

They are supposed to blacken if the temperature hits 60degC.

How did you get your battery that hot? And all of the cells....Do you have any idea if this was an extreme one-off event, or a more regular occurrence?
