Hi all,

I have been thinking of options for my next motorcycle build.

here is my website dedicated to the build so far and other past projects.

http://experimentalev.wordpress.com/

So here is the breakdown, it's powered by a perm 132 motor on 72v 60ah lifepo pack, I havent decided on a controller yet because I cant make up my mind. please give me your input.

I have used alltrax on 2 builds now and I LOVE it, they never get too hot, super relieable, and the programmable aspects of it rock.

but now I want re-gen capability, and as far as I know alltrax does not offer any...

I have heard the Sevcon regen controllers are pretty good, but are they programmable? the site does not say?

any helpful input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: perm motor, regen controller

The Kellys work great, reliable, ultra smooth, programming options, low cost. Regen is either proportional or switched and works fantastic. You may want to pot on elmoto.net, more active for motorcycle conversions.
