i have a zina 250 motor scooter, i cant find any documentation to help me online with it, so im hoping someone here can help. my problem is, when i have it plugged in, its fine, the motor runs, turn signals work, battery bar is full, everything. as soon as i unplug it, the battery bar drops to its lowest setting, the motor wont run, turn signals still work and everything, but it wont move. it does this no matter how long i charge it for. any ideas as to what could be wrong?

I have a Rad2go Gelato electric scooter.I recently bought new batteries for it because it had been sitting for a couple of years.It runs fine now.The only thing is that the headlight,turn signals and horn don't work.Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can check? I will really appreciate your help.
