Izip replacement motor

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement motor for a 2008 IZIP ? Also, what makes the 2008 and 2009 IZIP incompatible with Komoran motors ?

What model I-Zip? Wattage?

Is it chain drive? or a gearbox?

Why are you needing to replace the motor?

Did you try contacting Curry or one of their distributors?

A few electric scooter shops sell something similar but some are not as good as others in terms of bang for buck.

Another alternative may be to fit a Cyclone motor.
