Vectrix with MP3:Radio Bicycle Sound steering system

Are you interested in a radio MP3 system for your vectrix?
A guy from Girona has posted usthis pictures:

It's a Tommyca, a Portable MP3 - Radio Bicycle. Looks quite nice under the "sport" windshield.

Yeah it looks nice but how did he mount it? Looks like it normally mounts to the handlebars of a bicycle.
