I picked up an old Electra Voy and the batteries were totally shot. Another forum user (Moveon70) was kind enough to give me some used 12v 7amh batteries and some extra parts to try out the scooter. I charged up each battery using a small 12v wall charger. Each battery registered 12.8 after i finished charging them.
I hooked up all three batteries and everything works with the kickstand up, but as soon as it touches the ground, it barely moves.
Ideas? Thoughts?
Nevermind. Bought new batteries and they scooter is zooming away!
