Is the same logo ?

Dear friends:

Something confused me now, my company's logo(my web:www.aliexpress.com/fm-store/904105) looks like the same as a company from canada(www.ebikes.ca).

And I didn't think that is the same logo, it is different: different colors, different words, some customer suggest me to change it

So I don;t know what can i do now.

I need some suggestions here . thank you

Yes, I would say the logos are essentially the SAME! Whoever had the logo FIRST should keep it, but the party adopting it at a LATER date should change it, so there is no customer confusion/mistake about which company they are dealing with. (This is based on my opinion and observations)--Bob Curry
