Vectrix Electric Maxi-Scooter – Test Ride

Vectrix Electric Maxi-Scooter – Test Ride
Rome – An electric engine for two wheels: is it another ecological prompt of making a vehicle with a maximum speed of 30 km/h, and with an “original” design?
No, it is not. Vectrix is exactly the opposite, except only for its ecological feature.

Modern and contemporary shapes, maxi-scooter dimensions, great performances similar to a 400 cc model, in addition with zero emissions and no fuel.
Is this a dream? Well it is a dream that now comes true, as this is the first time a motorcycle manufacturer introduces such a kind of moto, with an electric engine but at the same time with similar, or even equal performances to that of a traditional gas engine.

Vectrix Corporation
After ten years in the making, this new Vectrix Scooter is now is now expected to be unveiled.
Vectrix Corporation was founded in 1996, and it has always worked to develop and sell vehicles with no pollutant emissions.

Vectrix 's aim is that of offering a new range of two wheels vehicles as an alternative to the traditional ones, but still maintaining a high level of quality and power. The result of all this years of projecting is now approaching, as the first European ecological maxi scooter is evetually coming.

A Nichel hearth
Let's start describing this new motorcyicle. Firstly, this maxi-scooter is simply named Vectrix, with no references to the specific model, so we will call it simply Maxi-scooter.
But let's now going on with a first look at its design.

Has we have laready said at the beginning of our text, the shape is modern and contemporary, with a great aerodynamcis and a pleasant mix between soft and sharper shapes. Obviousely, the versin we are testing is still a prototype, that is why many detailings are not refined yet. Anyway changements won't be so clear, so the present levery is said to be confirmed.
Therefore, if we look at design, Maxi-scooter Vectrix is really nice also in comparison with its gas “powered” competitors, but the real surprises, as a result of a ten-year old project, are all under the bodywork. continues »
