digiNow makes a custom charging system that integrates tightly with the on-board systems in Zero's motorcycles. It offers a higher charging rate than Zero sells, primarily because you can add multiple instances of the digiNow unit onto a bike. I understand they support plugging into multiple charging stations at once, and can support a 1C charging rate meaning a complete recharge in an hour. Many Zero owners have been taking long-distance trips using digiNow charging units.

I was thinking of getting a Zero but looked at the price tag. 18 Large. They all looked alike. So I looked closer and saw the DSR had a 775 Amp motor. More than my S-10. Impressive! I could not find any or much information on actual battery pack till I got to Wikipedia. It said it has a 102 volt pack or maybe a Brushless magnetic three phase motor. Still not too clear there. It seems like everyone on Visforvoltage has a VX-2 or VX-1 so does any one here have a Zero MC? I like the fact it has a powerful drive train and it has a "drive belt"? Not too thrilled about belts.
Zero Motorcycles just announced their 2014 model line-up. Largely speaking it's a refinement of the 2013 model line, rather than a radical upgrade like happened for the 2012 and 2013 model years. The drive train components and other stuff on the bikes are largely what they'd put into the 2013 models, but with some refinements. The big change is that they're focusing on three models, the Zero S, Zero DS and Zero FX, they've got a Police version, and they have a Race-ready version, the Zero SR.
The following is a press release sent to me by Zero Motorcycles. I have heard through other channels that they have a lot of 2012 models left, and need to clear them out for a successful 2013 launch.
