Dual Crystalyte hubs giving 10KW

This is my tilting trike. It uses two 5302 Crystalyte hubs in 10inch wheels, powered by two 100amp Kelly controllers and a bank of 40AH LiFe @ 66V. Goes great, and is road registered.

Where do I find a 36v 40w controller???

I need a controller for my conversion kit trike. The motor came from Wilderness, but I can't find them anymore. The controller does not have a manufacturer printed on it it has, two sets of wires to the motor, green, blue, and yellow on 1 set, black, blue, green, red, and yellow in the 2nd set. Then there is a black wire and a red wire for the charger. Then Black, White, Purple, and Red to the thumb throttle and the battery charge indicator. then there is two wires for brakes that I have never used.

Whats wrong with my new 5305

This is my second ebike kit.

This one is same as the first one on my other bike except this one is on 24" front wheel of a trike setup.

5305 motor with 4840 controller. Batt is 48V 20 AH. After setup, have only rode this bike two times with no problem.

Yesterday went to ride and nothing. The wheel motor will try to start then nothing.

There are 6 connectors tied to the blackbox : 2 Andersons ( one for battery and one for motor ) , 1 female four pin ( for thumb throttle with batt indicator ), 1 five pin male ( with 4 pins actually but wider than the four pin type , dunno what is for ) , 1 three pin male ( dunno what is for ) , 1 three pin female ( I'm not sure , maybe it's for ebrakes ? ) . I have only the controller with thumb throttle ,a new motor , nothing else .

Roadrunner 4825 power system only

Hey guys,

Getting ready to order the Roadrunner 4825 power system only kit for my first electric bicycle build. Any ideas for other kits and who is a good reseller? So far I have been looking at this kit on Electric Rider and Wild Nature Solutions.

Crystalyte 36-72V 40A Controller - Crystalyte Phoenix Brute (5305) Issue

I got the new motor and the new controller from two different sources. The motor had trailer connector on the phase wires and the controller had Anderson connectors. I matched the phase wire colors and switched the motor to Andersons.

The controller I purchased was an instant start type.

When I plugged everything tother I found that the motor didn't want to start without some help and it shudders and jerks at low speeds and under load.
