I have the opportunity to get a Suede E battery for my ebike project. However, I can not find the C rating for the 9ah 36v nimh battery. I've contacted giant and they can not give me the information, because they don't know.
So, to find out if the battery will work for me. I was wondering if anyone knows how much the Suede E pulls, amp wise? I'm needing the battery to supply 19 amps up hill and about 12 most of the time.

The suede is a 9AH 36V batt pack that powers an anemic 250 watt Sanyo hub.
It is a NimH cluster of D cell batteries.
Definately not going to do what you need
