I have spent a week trying to get my dealer to do something about my broken Bionx wheel and to date nothing but promises.
I have seen on this forum where some here have spoken with Bionx would you supply me with a phone number I can not find one on their website.
Here's a number I used in August '07: 866 324 8702. It's pre-merger, So it may not still be good.

I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of the BionX Dealer's Manual but the guy I deal with is soooooo busy (he's open 7 days a week) that he hasn't had time to find it in his pile of paperwork. Everytime I go to see him, the place is packed with customers.

I'll be in Asbestos, Quebec at the end of the month and I'll do my best to get to Sherbrook to see the folks at BionX. In the meantime, I'll see if there is a person at Magna Marque who can answer our questions for us. It's only a 45 minute drive from my home. I'll let you know what I find out.

I'm sorry to be so slow getting back to you and I'm also sorry that I really don't have any good news to give you either. I was hoping to get to see the BionX people in Sherbooke, Quebec next week but after a brief phone conversation, I will not be going there. It's all spelled out in my following report.
