RAN OUT OF CHARGE !!!! read .. it really did happen >!!!!!!!!!..IT MADE A DULL DAY A HAPPY DAY ..........

i got caught out the other week.!! and few bars left just dropped off . well i wasn't happy but i was approx. 2 small inclines in-way of hills but my home was nearly 2 miles from home and i wasn't about to push the vectrix for a second time but i wasn't just caught out but i thought i wouldn't need my extension lead so left it at home.how silly always no mater how heavy you think carry an extension lead at all times . WELL i was out of charge and didn't no what to do well arrived yeah you've guessed it a esso petrol station . well i asked the man inside and a lovely Indian man called adnan i said sorry but do you have a electrical socket out side the building as i said that i would pay him for the electric i used. he said don't worry erm sorry no electric sockets out side but if i open the door you can charge it up so i tried to do this but guess what no electric coming from the socket o buger i thought nothing is working for me. so adnan was so busy in the shop but he said to just try the other socket near buy i/e another 2 foot away but wouldn't stretch so he said to bring the scooter in shop.!!!! I THOUGHT HE WAS HAVING A LAGH>????????????????? so i managed to manugher the big scooter in side but as you all no that when turning on a vectrix can't help but the front headlamp always comes on but right in front of me was a 70 year old man kneeling down on the floor think he was trying to pray to ala ??? i tried to say quietly i am sorry as he got 35 watts IN HIS FACE oops... so i tried to find another socket in the shop and managed to find one have you heard that adage a watched kettle never boils . well its true cos all i did was watch the increments well waiting for them to do something well they did but slowly after about 10/15mins he said would i like a coffee well i said i should be making him one he said don't be silly and made me a capachino wow.........HOW NICE i thought free quick garge and a coffee and a new friend all in the space of 30 mins i will let him have a go of my scooter i promised him ..kev :)
