new electric board build, need help with using an rc car throttle controller.

As title says, I'm building an electric longboard/skateboard and want to use a radio controlled car transmitter (trigger throttle type i have lying around 27mhz and the receiver to match), is this possible to wire into a 36v 800w controller?

If so I would also like the transmitter receiver to be wired in with the 3 12v sla battery's circuit so i only have one battery pack to charge.(rather than charging the batterys and a seperate smaller voltage receiver pack) so what i need to know is would using the 36v battery's to power the receiver burn it out??
Or is that what the +5v wires are for on the controller, for a receiver?
