the battery was replaced 1 year ago and it has been properly mantained. The vectrix is placed near Barcelona

Can you tell me why is he asking for the VAT? If it's a used vectrix he already payed the VAT/TAX/Whatever...
And why is he asking a so low price? Isn't there anyone who will buy it for that price?

The unit is a demo Vectrix from Emovement, 2007. It is not real 2nd hand. The battery was replaced 1 year ago.
Francesc is selling it so low because lithium is almost here, and he expects that nobody is going to buy this NIMH unit.
