Unknown Brand of Bike.

I'm new here and I (hopefully) have inserted an image of an E-bike which I have picked up and hope to modify to a tilting trike by fitting 2x electric wheels on the rear - at 16",they are smaller than the original bicycle wheel, but otherwise look identical.
I would like to know the make and age of the machine which has no identification markings whatsoever, but I'm hoping that someone can recognise it and tell me more.
