Slice of a Fuse

My second Vectrix, a 2008 unit, died yesterday. Fuse melt, a 125A!

Before 2009, all vectrix had installed a 125A fuse, which melts under normal riding conditions.
Around 2009 vectrix started to install the 200A Fuse upgrade.

I,m posting pictures of that damaged fuse, completely sliced:

Re: Slice of a Fuse

Replacing the fuse in NIMH vectrix requires some hard job: first you have to pull out the rear block of the battery, and then dismantle the metal box surrounding the Motor-controller.
It is time to build up a DIY solution, in order to make easier that fuse replacement:

This is the Vectrix's original 200A fuse upgrade:

Re: Slice of a Fuse

Martin, thank you for your offer.
Fortunately I keep an eye on internet and I've bought the electrical system of some vectrixs at bargain price.
I'm sure somebody will need you replacement, thanks for sharing.
