Looking for my Papa

Hi ,

Im trying to find out what are resources are available where I am in the Highlands of Scotland for electric mopeds .

As I have no knowledge of how to repair them and most of the companies and dealers are quite far away , someone suggested I should talk to person here called Richard Papa who might happen to know of a way.

thanks
