Currie 24v 30A controller/s650- will it run at 36v?

Hi All,
I have a s650 (weird walmart special model, they seem to be rare) with a 650w-badged motor and Currie 24v, 30A controller- marked as model XK-22C; 5-pin throttle. I'm thinking about adding batteries to run it at 30v or 36v. Has anyone else tried this with this controller, and did it survive? I think the motor should be fine, at the current voltage it barely gets warm to the touch even going uphill.

While I'm at it- does anyone want to sell me a 36v 5-pin controller? :)
